Clothing...

how should I dress for my morning ride tomorrow? I don't think bare legs would be a good thing since it's still a little too cold for that and I'm sure that I'm gonna get hot so I won't want too much up top... layers are prolly best. Hmmm... suggestions from the experienced riders out there (or even all-weather runners)?

what temps ya lookin at?

15°C is the old school mark for when to uncover...

below 15 you need knees and arms covered...

above 15 shorts and shortsleeves are fine...

wear what ya got - T-shirt and shorts to start with are fine...

If ya got something more technical, poly pro or other baselayer stuff- that'll work better than cotton.

simple wind breaker and light weight training pants over shorts should be fine...

its more about making what ya got work... and trying it out...

layers are good so you can peel off and not overheat...

ya should start off a bit cool and let your body warm up. its better than starting off feeling perfect and then overheating...

heck i even get the clothing combinations wrong every once in a while...

Yeah, I was thinking I'd need leg and arm coverage 'cause at 05:00 it'll be cold. I'll prolly do a short sleeve under a long sleeve on top. I have some windbreaker type pants with liners that may be too hot so I'll hafta think this one out a little more.

Thanks again for the feedback G.
